HCS Athletic Event

  • According to the WVSSAC and Hancock County Health Department current guidelines, all players, cheerleaders, band members and coaches will be allocated a maximum of four tickets per household. All visiting players, cheerleaders and coaches will be allocated two tickets each. If siblings are on the same team, the limit will remain at four per household. ALL tickets will be $5 (exact amount required) and all must be purchased in advance of the games by the athletes and above members or coach. Middle Schools will use a voucher system and the $5 fee will be deposited at the gate upon entry. NO tickets will be sold at the gate.

  • If Hancock County moves to stage yellow, home tickets will be decreased to two per household.

  • NO county, senior citizen or coach passes will be honored. NO general public will be permitted entry to events.

  • All spectators must wear a mask when entering and exiting the facility and when social distancing can’t be practiced. Doctor’s excuse must be presented upon request if not able to wear a mask due to any medical condition.

  • There will be no re-entry allowed after leaving the event.

  • All spectators must remain in the stands during the game. Families should sit together in units to help with social distancing.

  • Away game ticket allocations will be determined by host schools.

  • All indoor participants and spectators must wear masks at all times.

  • There will be no concession stands in operation for any athletic event.

  • Only essential personnel working the events will be allowed in the press box.

  • Please note these restrictions and guidelines will remain in effect for the first two weeks and be re-evaluated at that time.
